In August 2023, Senate Bill 49 (Session Law 2023-106), commonly known as the Parents' Bill of Rights, became law to ensure that families have a voice in their child's education, health, and well-being. This page has been created to help you understand important parental rights and serve as a guide for staying actively involved in your child's school experience.
We will continue to add additional resources to this site and share them with all stakeholders as they become available.
