About Alkema Lewis

Alkema serves as the Senior Manager of Operations at New Leaders. She formerly served as a school administrator at Sugar Creek Charter School and Charlotte- Mecklenburg Schools. She holds a Master’s Degree in Divergent Learning and principal licensure in the State of NC. Alkema’s experiences as an educator, administrator, and operations will immensely benefit our school community as we launch and grow. In addition she is the CEO of Destiny Transformation Consulting, LLC. In this role she focuses on consulting and coaching Executive Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams in the areas of adaptive and personal leadership.
